Our follow-up consultation is designed for existing Cannalytics patients to review your progress, monitor your response to treatment, and make any clinically appropriate adjustments to your care plan.
During your consultation, your clinician may:
• Review your current treatment plan and symptom progress
• Discuss any side effects, concerns, or changes in your health
• Adjust your treatment plan or dosage where clinically appropriate
• Answer your questions and provide ongoing guidance
• Discuss recommended next steps and future follow-up care
Follow-up consultations are typically shorter than initial consultations and are available via secure video or telephone, depending on your needs and clinician availability.
Please note:
• Follow-up consultations are available to existing Cannalytics patients who have completed an initial consultation.
• This consultation does not include a new Medicinal Cannabis Patient Card, as your card is provided during your initial consultation.
• Changes to your treatment plan or prescriptions are made solely at the discretion of your clinician following a clinical assessment.
• Patient information is stored securely in accordance with New Zealand health privacy standards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change.
• Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.
Payment & Security:
• All consultation fees are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
• Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider.
• Cannalytics does not store your credit card or payment details.
